Bridging Farmers & AgTech
Empowering Agriculture with Technology & Sustainability
Based in Oslo, Norway, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between farmers and AgTech companies in the Nordics.
Our mission is to help farmers adopt practical, efficient, and sustainable solutions while providing AgTech companies with direct access to real-world agricultural needs.

Helping You Work Smarter on the Farm
We team up with farmers to test and bring in the right tools — the kind that save time, cut costs, and actually work in the field.
Try New Tech on Your Farm
We work with a few forward-thinking farmers to test practical tools and machines right where it matters — on your fields, in your routine.
Find Tools That Fit
We help sort through the noise and find gear, software, or systems that actually match your way of working.
Use Less Energy, Get More Done
We help you spot where energy’s being wasted — and make simple changes that lower costs and keep things running smoother.
Make Sense of Your Data
Got machines that collect data but no time to deal with it? We help turn that info into something useful — or simplify it altogether.
Bridge to AgTech Companies
We speak both “farmer” and “tech.” We bring the right people to your farm and make sure they understand your needs — not just their product.
Share Knowledge Across Farms
We connect you with others who are testing, tweaking, and improving — so you don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Together, we can drive innovation in agriculture!
A New Approach to Sustainable Farming
Who Am I?
My name is Aurèle Pilloud Passin, and I come from a French farming family—my grandfather, uncle, and extended family have all dedicated their lives to agriculture. Growing up, I was actively involved on the farm, gaining firsthand experience with the challenges farmers face daily. At the same time, I was fascinated by technology—I loved dismantling, fixing, and understanding how things work.
This passion led me to study mechanical and electrical engineering, specializing in embedded systems. Later, I expanded my expertise with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) to learn how to bridge technology with practical business applications.
My Professional Background
Most of my career has been in the automotive industry, where I have developed key skills at:
- Valeo – Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, cashback solutions.
- EV Services – EV and electronics repair, high-voltage and energy technologies, customer service, and management.
- EVBox – Aftersales support, electrical infrastructure, and field operations.
In 2025, I am transitioning to the agricultural sector, bringing my technical and business expertise to farming.
What Am I Doing in 2025?
This year is dedicated to studying the market, building partnerships, and launching pilot projects with farmers who share my vision. My goal is not immediate profit but rather co-creating solutions with farmers to make their work easier, more efficient, and sustainable.
I aim to collaborate directly with farmers or through associations, cooperatives, and industry groups to explore innovative solutions for:
- Electrification & Decarbonization – Helping farms transition to sustainable energy.
- Technology Adoption – Finding the right tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Financial Planning & Subsidies – Identifying grants and support programs to ease implementation.
- Tailored Solutions – Developing practical, real-world applications of AgTech innovations.
- Bridging AgTech Companies & Farmers – Understanding farmers’ needs and resources, matching them with the right technologies, and integrating these solutions into a functional technological ecosystem that enhances productivity and sustainability on the farm.
Why Am I Reaching Out to You?
I am looking for 2-3 pilot projects with forward-thinking farmers who want to explore how technology can help them improve efficiency, reduce costs, and transition to more sustainable farming methods. If you are interested, let’s connect!
